Founded in 1979, Blundall Associates takes pride in maintaining relationships that have lasted decades. As Blundall Associates enters its 4st year of business, we can look back with pride on the projects on which we have worked and the value we have added. Blundall Associates and its staff have estimated projects throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Malaysia and countries in Europe and Africa.
Every year we provide services for a wide range of new construction, remodel and restoration projects with a combined construction value in excess of two billion dollars. The knowledge and experience accumulated in successfully completing each project is the foundation for the successful application of our services to your project.
In turn, we’ve been able to develop that experience and keep our doors open for 39 years because we do things the right way—our clients refer us and come back time and time again. We build on that experience everyday and are ready to use it to your benefit.

An independent cost analysis by Blundall Associates, Inc. provides an objective review of project costs based on numerous factors, including unit prices, competitiveness and geographic location, all without any preconceived notions as to the optimum project design solutions. This allows owners and architects to objectively evaluate and price base design and alternatives to provide a foundation for bidding or negotiating a project.
